SUSANA MENDOZA
Susana Mendoza is the Founder and Broker of Casablanca Heritage & Co. Real Estate, a brokerage built on a foundation of legacy, expertise, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Raised in El Paso, Texas, Susana grew up surrounded by the world of real estate. Her grandfather, Angel Sanchez, owned and operated Century 21 Casablanca Realty Inc., where he built a respected business helping families and investors navigate the real estate market. Susana’s mother, at an early age followed in his footsteps, working alongside him before eventually establishing her own successful brokerage. From a young age, Susana was exposed to the industry firsthand — attending networking events, listening to conversations about transactions and negotiations, and observing the work ethic required to build a successful real estate business long before she fully understood what those moments meant. Those early experiences shaped her appreciation for the profession and ultimately inspired her own path into real estate.
After graduating high school, Susana moved to Houston, Texas, where she obtained her real estate license in 2019 and began building her career in one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Since then, she has continued to develop her expertise in market analysis, contract negotiation, and transaction management, guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate with confidence. In 2025, Susana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance, further strengthening her understanding of market dynamics, investment strategy, and financial decision-making within real estate transactions. Today, Susana serves clients across Texas, working primarily in Houston and El Paso while remaining familiar with markets throughout the state, including cities such as Dallas and San Antonio. Her approach focuses on providing thoughtful guidance, strong representation, and a commitment to helping clients make well-informed decisions in one of the most important investments of their lives. Through Casablanca Heritage & Co. Real Estate, Susana carries forward the legacy of real estate entrepreneurship that began generations before her, combining tradition, knowledge, and modern expertise to serve today’s buyers and sellers.
