The inspiration behind the brokerage traces back to Angel Sanchez, a respected businessman and real estate professional in El Paso, Texas. Angel built and operated a successful real estate company known as C21 Casablanca Realty Inc., where he dedicated his career to helping families and investors find opportunity through property ownership. His work in the industry established a strong reputation built on integrity, determination, and commitment to the community. Those values carried forward to the next generation. Susana Mendoza grew up witnessing the discipline and work ethic required to build a business from the ground up. Her mother, who continues to run her own successful real estate business today, demonstrated the same entrepreneurial spirit — showing that success is built through persistence, leadership, and the courage to create something of your own. Inspired by this foundation, Susana launched Casablanca Heritage & Co. Real Estate to represent the next chapter of that family tradition.
